How Does It Work

Apply

You can request your LCC Prepaid MasterCard® at one of our stores (click here for a list), or over the telephone on 0800 6800 774. Once we have received payment and have confirmed your identity you should receive your card within 10 working days. See terms and conditions. If you request your card in our stores you can receive your card immediately.

Activate

When your card arrives you will need to activate it and obtain your PIN by calling us.

Use

You can use your LCC Cash Card to buy or withdraw cash anywhere the MasterCard Acceptance Mark is displayed. There are no transaction fees for purchases when you buy in British Pounds. You can track your spending and balance via our Website, SMS and by phone.

Top Up

Additional funds can be quickly loaded at one of our stores, over the telephone, online or wherever you see the PayPoint symbol.
